To process your order quickly, you must provide your name, address, e-mail and preferably a telephone number in case any questions arise.

All prices on folie-hus.dk are stated excluding Danish VAT and all taxes, duties, etc.

Ordering at folie-hus.dk is easy:

  1. Choose your desired product, enter number of meters or m2, select the quantity and put the item in the basket.
  2. In the basket select delivery type: standard or express. For express delivery you have to select “Express shipment” option.
  3. Process payment using bank card.
  4. After payment you will receive payment and order confirmation to your e-mail.


If you pay with a credit card or e-Dankort, you are always protected against abuse. You have no deductible in case your card is misused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better assured than in the physical world where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 if your credit card is misused by using the PIN code. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL) and thus only PBS can read them. Neither Folie-hus.dk nor others have the opportunity to read the information.

Processing of personal data

When you make a purchase, we record your personal information in our system.

We, of course, take care of your information and process it in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Regulation / Data Protection Act.


For standard products such as foil in full roll, the delivery time is typically 3-5 working days.

Standard delivery price is 59 DKK.

For customized products like foils cut to desired sizes, wall stickers, stickers with print, labels, CVR numbers and etc. the delivery time is typically 5-7 working days.

For fast and urgent deliveries we offer express service. It takes 1-2 working days.

Express delivery price is 170 DKK.

Delivery times may be longer in connection with holidays and folie-hus.dk suppliers’ holiday periods.

If the item is wrong according to receipt, please contact folie-hus.dk as soon as possible for a compensation.

Transport damage must be reported to folie-hus.dk as soon as possible.  If the transport damage is evident on the packaging upon receipt, please refuse the receipt and immediately contact folie-hus.dk, after which the damage will be repaired. 


If delays occur, the buyer is only entitled to cancel the agreement if, at the time of the conclusion of the agreement, he has specified the importance of delivery at the exact time and that he has been informed by folie-hus.dk that this can be complied with.


For standard products such as “full rolls of foil”, “accessories”, section 18 of the Consumer Agreement Act applies, which gives you 14 days full right of return with the option to exchange or refund the full amount incl. shipping costs from us to you. As a customer, however, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

For customized products, such as “foil cut to sizes”, “wall stickers”, “CVR numbers” and other cut out materials, there is only legal right of withdrawal until production commences. See section 18 of the Consumer Agreement Act. 4. including:

“If the agreement relates to the distance sale of a non-financial service or a product to be manufactured or adapted to the individual needs of the consumer, the right of withdrawal shall not apply until the execution, manufacture or adjustment begins, once the consumer has given his consent for the trader to begin execution etc. before the expiry of the withdrawal period. However, this restriction on the right of withdrawal does not apply if the agreement in question concerns continuous delivery and is concluded during or in connection with the operator’s telephone inquiry to the consumer without his prior request ‘.

Other conditions

In addition to what is stated in the above trading conditions, the Purchase Act applies.
